Craft Stalls

Our Sewing & Craft group meets at Dapto Showground every Friday in the Pavilion (entry is via the Mulda Street entrance) from 9.00am to 2.00pm (yes, we are trialling longer hours now).  You can purchase anything you see, and at the same time take a look at what our ladies get up to in our sewing group.  Everyone is welcome and we also take eftpos and cash at every stall we have.  Hope to see you at one of our stalls.

Bunnings at Kembla Grange are currently finalising their BBQ and stall roster for the remainder of the year and as soon as we know what dates have been allocated to us, then we will advertise them, so you won’t miss out.  We have started making trolley mats, which are proving quite popular, so your dogs (and cats) are comfortable while you shop.  So don’t forget to call into our stall and grab one before you head on up.

We’ve recently had a stall at Corrimal Park Mall and will definitely be back real soon, so watch this space.  Don’t forget to pop in and say hello to our lovely volunteers and have a look at the array of goodies that will be available – Christmas is fast approaching!!

As the weather begins to warm up even more, we love having our stalls down at the Shellharbour Marina.  We are hoping to have our next one on Thursday 20 November from 9.00am to 3.00pm, outside Woolworths (near the bus stop) and are just waiting on confirmation, so watch this space.

Our last stall for Dapto Mall this year will be on Thursday 27 November from 9.00am to 3.00pm.  We will be located in the food court area, so come on over and see what goodies we have.

One date you will need to put in your diaries is Friday 12 December (10.00am to 2.00pm) as this is our massive Christmas Market Day where we will fill the pavilion at Dapto Showground with all our regular handmade items, along with Christmas merchandise, crafts, baked goods, pickles, plants, gift baskets, raffles (drawn on the day) and let’s not forget our massive bargain table.  There is something for everyone and you won’t be disappointed!!

Dapto Showground has also invited us to have a stall as part of their Christmas Markets on Sunday 14 December.  Watch this space for more details.

Once we have finished all our stalls for the year, then we move on to gift wrapping in the shopping centres, where we do have a small selection of our items for sale at the same time:

  • Dapto Mall from Wednesday 17/12 to Wednesday 24/12 from 10.00am to 4.00pm
  • Warrawong Plaza from Wednesday 17/12 to Wednesday 24/12 from 10.00am to 4.00pm
  • Figtree Grove from Thursday 18/12 to Wednesday 24/12 from 10.00am to 4.00pm

Go and purchase all your presents and then come on over and see one of our lovely wrappers, who will make your present look amazing.  All we ask is for a gold coin donation for each gift that we wrap.  Then the job is done and you can take it home and place it under your tree and no one will know what you have purchased.
